Roborock’s Q110H is one of the smartest mowers we’ve ever seen

Robotic vacuum cleaners have spent years proving that autonomous cleaning belongs indoors, and Roborock is now applying the same logic to the garden with the RockNeo Q110H.

This is a robotic lawnmower built around a navigation system that combines RTK positioning with visual mapping to maintain its route across difficult outdoor terrain.

That combination allows the mower to continue operating under dense tree cover, negotiate tight corners, and pass through gaps as narrow as 2.3 feet without losing positional accuracy, addressing one of the more persistent limitations of GPS-only robotic mowers in irregularly shaped gardens.

Beyond navigation, the RockNeo Q110H uses a stereo vision system to detect and respond to obstacles including toys, gardening tools, outdoor furniture, people, and animals, allowing it to continue mowing around interruptions rather than stopping and waiting for manual intervention.

Roborock also rates the mower to climb slopes of up to 45% and clear obstacles up to 4cm high, while an IPX6 water resistance rating and built-in rain detection let it return autonomously to its charging station when conditions deteriorate and resume once they improve.

An over-the-air update scheduled for release after launch will introduce AI-powered boundary mapping, enabling the mower to learn lawn edges and optimise its cutting pattern automatically across its first few runs without requiring manual perimeter setup.

App controls cover scheduling across multiple lawn zones, real-time progress monitoring, and a Wildlife-Friendly Mode that pauses operation during designated hours to avoid disturbing nocturnal animals, a feature that reflects growing awareness of garden biodiversity among smart home buyers.

Two optional accessories expand the mower’s capability further: a PreciEdge module for trimming closer to fences and borders, and a 4G anti-theft module with real-time location tracking, remote alerts, a PIN lock, and a motion-triggered alarm, both sold separately.

The RockNeo Q110H carries a retail price of $1,299 in the US, where it is available now on Amazon, with an introductory promotional price of $1,169 running through 16 June.
