Gadronics Samsung is showing off its connected, AI-powered kitchen vision at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) 2026 in Florida, including an updated Bespoke AI lineup and some really premium built-in stuff from its luxury brand, Dacor. Think new wine dispensers and those sleek “hidden kitchen” looks.
Dacor’s setup is all about a Premium Wine Culture. There’s the 24-inch Undercounter Wine Cellar, the Wine Column, and a Built-in Wine Dispenser that can handle four bottles. That dispenser even has two temperature zones to keep your reds and whites perfectly chilled. You just tap it to pour exactly how much you want.
They’re also introducing the “hidden kitchen” concept. Appliances that just disappear into curved columns or furniture. This includes refrigerators, cooktops, and the award-winning 24-inch Dishwasher, proving you don’t have to choose between being practical and looking good. Everything Dacor is SmartThings-compatible, so you can control it all from your phone.
Another big deal is Samsung’s Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub. It has AI Vision, using smart cameras to figure out what food is inside. It already recognises 37 types of fresh food and 50 types of processed food, and Samsung is planning to make it even smarter. You can also chat with it using Bixby voice control to get recipe ideas based on what you have on hand.
Beyond the fridge, Samsung is displaying a bunch of other Bespoke AI products. This includes dishwashers, ovens, and laundry machines. They all link up with SmartThings for connected control, and their Home Appliance Remote Management (HRM) service handles monitoring, diagnosis, and remote support to make sure everything keeps working after you buy it.
By bringing together AI recognition, voice control, and smart connectivity, Samsung is making the Bespoke AI ecosystem look like the future of the kitchen. With Dacor’s fancy wine solutions and hidden designs, they’re seriously trying to level up both convenience and luxury in today’s homes.
