1,Ensure that the plug2 is powered on.

2,The plug of receiver is loose.

The receiver doesn’t sound

1,Check the volume control is not at the mute setting.

2,The receiver may not have paired with the doorbell.

3,Remove the receiver from the outlet and then reinsert it.

The transmitter doesn’t work

1,Check the insulation pad of battery has been removed.

2,Check the doorbell button battery, replace it if necessary.out of range of transmitter.

Receiver unable to receive wireless signal

1,Out of range of transmitter.

2,As the battery voltage weakens,the signal strength deteriorates,replace it.

3,Metal structures including uPVC door frames can reduce the range,position the button on a wall to the side of uPVC door,not on the door.
