What applications are supported by Vgate vLinker FS Bluetooth?

Vgate vLinker FS Bluetooth OBD2 Code Reader supports OBD2 APP based on ELM327 command. NOTE: many apps are currently available exclusively on Android; check with iOS app provider to confirm compatibility.

Why does the connection to the Android device fail?

Temporarily disable Bluetooth on any iPhone/iPad that were paired with FS Bluetooth before pairing with your Android device. Otherwise, FS will automatically establish a connection with the iPhone/iPad and prevent the Android device from connecting.

Why can’t my Android or iOS device search for the device name “vLinker FS XXXX”?

Please press the “Connect” button on the Vgate vLinker FS Bluetooth after turning on the Android/iOS phone Bluetooth and pair the device name ‘vLinker FS XXXX’. vLinker FS doesn’t broadcast its presence, which keep hackers out of your car’s network.

How do I perform a product firmware upgrade?

Please use the QR code reader that comes with your phone to scan the QR code on the package, which can be used to download the upgrade application and perform the upgrade.
