This grinder is a Size #8 Grinder which means the Grinding Plates are 2-7/16” in Diameter. The Hole Sizes in the Grinding Plates are 3mm, 5mm and 8mm which gives you a good choice of the size of Grind you wish to do for your meat. This grinder also Features a Sausage Stuffing Plate. Combining the Meat Auger with AVI (Advanced Variable Intake) Technology and the High Volume Feeder Tray which easily allows for grinding 120 to 180 Lbs of Meat per Hour Depending on the Size of Grinding Plate used and the Type of Meat being ground.

This Grinder has a Size #8 Grinding Head

The Grinding Head on this grinder is a Size #8 and not a smaller size #5 like most kitchen grinders.

The 4 parts of this Grinding Head are manufactured from Food Grade Polished Cast Aluminum (NOT Coated).

These parts should NOT be Washed in the Dishwasher , but should be washed with a mild detergent (like Dawn Liquid) and hot water, towel dried and stored in a dry place

This grinder also comes with 3 Each Polished Tempered Steel Cutting Blades.

These Cutting Blades are the latest Quad Beveled designed for increased performance and durability. The Quad Bevel design produces a strong, leading edge for maximum efficiency during tough grinds.

Set of 3 Sizes of Sausage Tubes

A Set of 3 Sizes of Sausage Stuffing Tubes along with the Adapter are also included with this grinder.

The Diameter of the Sausage Stuffing Tubes are 3/4 Inch, 5/8 Inch and 1/2 Inch.

Kubbe/Kibbe Attachment

A Kubbe (also know as Kibbe) Attachment also comes with this grinder.

For those of you who are not familiar with Kubbes, they are Traditional Middle Eastern Dish comprised of a cylinder-like shell made from meat which lamb and bulghar wheat.

The center is then stuffed with a spiced minced lamb filling and the ends are sealed to form the Kubbe which is then Deep-Fried.

Meat Pusher/Stuffer

The Turboforce Cadet also comes with a Meat Pusher that is specifically designed for each of our grinders.

The Working Length of these Food Pushers is such that Maximum food presentation to the Auger occurs without damaging the Food Pusher and contaminating the meat. Do not use kitchen utensils for this purpose.
