If you have Echo devices that support Zigbee 3.0 at home, such as Echo 4th Gen, Echo Plus, Echo Show 10 (excel. 1st Gen), Echo Studio, you can connect the electric curtains to the Alexa APP to achieve APP control or voice control without smart hub.

How do the electric shades get charged?

The electric curtains can be charged using the included USB C charging cable with a 5V 2A adapter from your home. Alternatively, you can choose a solar panel (sold separately) to provide continuous power to the shades.

How to fix if the motorized shades move opposite to the remote control direction?
