Remote Control

One remote control has 2 channels, which can bind multiple shades at the same time. If you need to pair different shades, please follow the pairing steps to pair the shades one by one.

APP Control(need a hub)

This smart curtain works with the Smart Life APP via the Zigbee Hub under the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. Whether you are at home or away, you can use the APP to open or close the curtain whenever you want, making your home cozy and secure. You can also set a timer for the curtain, so it will open at 6 a.m. and let the morning sunshine in your room, waking you up for a great day!

Voice Control(need a hub)

This roller shades is compatible with Alexa/Google Home via Zigbee Hub. Just connect the gateway to Alexa/Google Home by the APP, and then you can easily control the curtain with voice commands. Whether you are busy working or relaxing in bed, you can open or close the curtains with just one sentence.

Inside Mount

Measurement:

1. Please ensure that the minimum depth of your window is 3 inches.

2. The height of the window should be less than or equal to 72 inches.

3. The order width should beequal to or 0-1″ less than the window width. (Note: the casing width of the shades is 0.5″ less than the order width).

Note:

1. A small light gap will exist on each side with an inside mount. Choose an outside mount for 100% blackout.

2. When installing the shade, make sure that the switch is on the right side. If it is installed incorrectly, the shade will run upside down. At this time, you can reinstall the shade or reverse the direction of the shade.

Outside Mount

Measurement:

1. The height of the window should be less than or equal to 68 inches.

2. The width of the shade should be 3 inches wider than the width of the window.

Note:

When installing the shade, make sure that the switch is on the right side. If it is installed incorrectly, the shade will run upside down. At this time, you can reinstall the shade or reverse the direction of the shade.

Warm Reminder

1. Before using the curtains, please read the manual for proper installation and operation.

2. If the shade’s movement direction is opposite to the remote control’s command, you can resolve this issue by reversing the curtain’s direction using the remote control.

3. If the remote control is unresponsive, possible reasons include: the curtains are not open, the remote is not paired, or an incorrect channel was pressed. Please tell us for assistance.

4. The remote has two channels to control multiple curtains. Remember which channel controls which curtain. If you can’t control the curtains, they might be on a different channel or not paired.

5. To use the curtains with an app or voice device, you need a Zigbee Hub for smart control.

6. The shade’s usage time depends on frequency and power consumption.

7. When charging, we recommend using a 5V 2A charging adapter from home along with the included charging cable to charge the curtains. If the curtains do not charge, the issue might be with the charging adapter or the charging cable. Please try using a different charging adapter and cable to see if the indicator light turns on.
