What should I do first after receiving a package from Amazon?

Please check whether all accessories are complete: USB cable, power adapter, U disk, type-C converter, thermal paper, user guide, mobile phone usage, reminder card.

How do I set up this printer? I print failed?

Printing is too small or one side, what should I do?

The most likely reason is the label isn’t in 4×6 format.Go back to where downloaded the label (eBay, Etsy, etc.) and change the format to 4×6,then download and print again. If can’t change, you can choose our software: HereLabel to crop it for free.

What if the printer keeps printing blanks or I need to switch label paper?

Please make sure the thermal paper is facing the correct way. Then,recalibrate the printer: put in more than 5 labels, press and hold the feed button until it flashes twice, then release. The printer will automatically calibrate and feed the labels.

Why did my software download fail or prompt that it was unsafe?

We can’t confirm that all antivirus software on the market have received the security reports we submitted. So please turn off the antivirus software before downloading to avoid errors. Our software is absolutely safe and will not steal privacy.
