Can I upgrade to smart motor after choosing a none smart motor?

The smart motor (FT) and the DM motor are distinct to each other, you cannot upgrade to FT motor after buying a DM motor since our smart motor does not require a connection bridge for smart devices.

How do I connect to Alexa?

There will be an instruction sheet in the package. Or you can easily say “Alexa, discover my device” to connect with Alexa.

Do I deduct anything for my measurement? I need an inside mount shade

You don’t have to deduct anything from the measurement, leave the measurement of the inside window frame, we will deduct 0.2’’ to make sure you can install the shade properly.

Is the zigbee motor better than the DM?

The zigbee motor is a smart battery built-in motor which can directly connect with smart voice assistants or Tuya app. DM motor is a non-smart battery built-in motor, you can operate it with DM remote control.
