Unresponsive Front Panel Control: First,the cooktop may be locked, so please switch on the hob and hold “key lock control” for 3 seconds, the control panel is unlocked when timer shows Lo. Second,it may not respond when your hands or the cook top are wet. Last, try restarting the cooktop.

Child Safety Lock

Press the Lock button to lock the drop-in electric cooktop when the unit is working, to prevent any accidental switching of the cooktop. “Lo” shown on the panel means the control panel is locked, press and hold will release the lock and the electric stove top will be adjusted again.

About Instruction：

It is easy to install and replace, normally in 1 hour and half, especially you got a 220v-240v electric glass cooktop before.You can get all the detail in the instruction manual (come with product).Recommend install by professional electrician and make sure connect wires in right way.All this kinds of high-voltage and high-current electrical appliance without plug, which need to be connected the hard wire (220-240V).The American home is 110V, but you can have 220V-240V for the built in electric cooktop, for the wiring diagram we provide.
