1. How can I get the best quality scan possible?

Ensure the film/slides are clean and that you clean the inside of the scanner with the included cleaning brush immediately before scanning.

2. What film can the Film scanner scan?

This Mini Digital film scanner can scan any 35mm film: color and black and white Film Negatives and 35mm slides.

3. Can I save scanned photos directly by connecting them to my computer?

NO. The product do not support direct scanning and direct saving of photos by computers. You must have an SD card to operate this unit (Up to 32G, format FAT32, not included).

4. How to transfer scanned photos to my personal computer?

After successfully scanning and saving photos, use the included USB cable to connect the product and computer and read the SD card through USB mode. You can easily transfer the scanned photos to your computer for backup, editing and sharing.

135 film Scanner:Stand-alone operation, no computer required. DigitConvert Slide Scanner allows you to scan, view, edit, convert and save old 135 negatives and slides. Supports Positive, Negative and Black & White modes. When scanning different types of film, you need to switch the corresponding film mode to scan. For slide scanning, please select Positive Mode.
Adjustable Fast Slide Feeder: Provides a slide feeder that can load quickly and continuously. Place the slides into the film compartment of the quick slide holder, and then push them one by one into the scanner film compartment for scanning. Please note: The thickness of the framed slides should not exceed 2mm.
Digital Converter: 5/10 megapixel independent film/slide scanner, converts 35mm negative film and slides into digital photos at 1800DPI resolution and saves them to SD card (up to 32GB, not included)
2.4-inch LCD: The display is a 2.4-inch TFT LCD screen (480×234), which allows you to preview, view and edit easily. Compatible with Windows XP, VISTA, 7, 8, 10, Mac OS and other operating systems.
Support USB transmission: The product needs to install a qualified SD card (maximum capacity below 32G, formatted as FAT32, not included) to work properly. The scan results are saved in the SD card. Use the included USB cable to connect to the computer, the product enters USB MSDC (card reader mode), and the photos saved in the SD card can be copied to the computer. The computer does not support direct scanning and saving of photos.
