Is this wireless charger compatible with Android phones, and can a phone case affect charging?

This wireless charger is designed exclusively for iPhone 12-17 series. You should avoid using cases over 0.16in (4mm) or non-magnetic cases, as they may impact charging efficiency.

Is there a recommended adapter to use with the product for wireless charging?

For optimal charging, use the included 20W adapter. If using a third-party adapter, choose one that supports an output of 20W or higher with the PD or QC protocol to ensure adequate charging speed.

Is wireless charging slower than wired charging?

For iPhone 12-17 series, our wireless charger’s 15W output is relatively slower than their wired charging (at least 20W). However, it meets the latest Qi2 standard and is currently the fastest wireless charging available for these iPhones.

Is the product safe to use when it gets warm?
