Govee’s Pac-Man lights are packed with retro charm
A limited-edition smart light celebrates 45 years of Pac-Man with pixel art and nostalgia to spare
The new Govee Pac-Man Gaming Pixel Light is pure retro, using Govee’s advanced LED pixel display tech to showcase more than 150 preset scenes, including a bunch of Pac-Man effects starring the four ghosts Blinky, Inky, Pinky, and Clyde.
Through the Govee Home app, you can layer animations and create your own pixel art using Govee’s in-app library and AI editing tools. If you’ve ever wanted your desk to double as a digital canvas or an interactive Pac-Man board, this is it.
And of course, it’s still a smart light.
For fans of smart lights, the Pac-Man Pixel Light brings Govee’s growing ecosystem of app-connected lighting into playful territory. You can tweak brightness, switch effects, or launch custom scenes with Alexa or Google Assistant for voice control.
When you’re not playing, it’ll even display real-time info like weather timers and countdowns when you’re not gaming. Featuring a sleek and mechanical design, you can set it up pretty much anywhere—on your wall or right on your desk.
Govee’s no stranger to gaming mashups, either. Last year’s Tetris-inspired smart panels sold out at Christmas, and this Pac-Man edition looks like it will catch the same buzz with collectors and old school fans alike.
There’s just one snag: it’s a limited run. The Govee Pac-Man gaming Pixel Light is available for $139.99, but only until November 30. It’s also currently limited to select regions, meaning UK gamers might miss out.
Still, for fans of retro style and smart lighting tech, this playful piece of nostalgia is one bright way to power up your gaming setup.
