KETTLE OPERATION

For first time using, it is recommended that you fill the kettle to the maximum level mark with fresh tap water, boil, and empty the kettle at least two times to clear the kettie of any dust or materials from the manufacturing process. Do not drink this water.

1.Pour water into the kettle to the desired level, (no less than MINIMUM and no more than MAXIMUM) press the lid shut and place the kettle back on the base unit. CAUTION: Too little water may damage the heating element and too much water may cause water to splatter from the ketle.

2.Firstly, plug in the kettle power supply, the indicator light flashes, then press the “ON/OFF” button to turn on the kettle.

3.Next, press the “PROGRAM” button to select the mode you want.

4.Finally, the mode indicator light flashes 4 times and the kettle will start. When the water reaches the desired temperature, the kettle will automatically turn off.

5.If you press the “KEEP WARM” button, the kettle will keep warm for up to 2 hours.

6.The boiling process can be terminaled at any time by lifting the kettle off the power base, the ketle will automatically switch itself off.

7.CAUTION: Do not lift the lid during boiling.
