AL549 can diagnose and check both Engine and ABS codes, providing detailed descriptions and allowing techs to clear codes as needed. It introduces a new feature: the ability to read vehicle battery information directly from the OBD II port, and perform starting and charging system tests.

Note: A common Type-C cable is needed to connect the Autolink AL549 OBD2 scanner with your computer. The Autel AL549 package Does NOT include the Type-C cable. Please prepare a Type-C cable by yourself for convenient software updation as well as data printing.

Step 3: Download Maxi PC Suite on your computer. Step 4: Connect AL549 to computer with a Type-C cable and run the Maxi PC Suite. Select Update Mode.
