Q: How to connect mobile phone Tuya App？

A: Before connecting to the App, at least one administrator user passcode must be set up. Press “3+unlock key” to enter network configuration mode, and then enter the administrator password. Open the Tuya App, identify and connect the smart door lock

Q: The battery runs out quickly. How to solve this problem?

A: Bluetooth can only be used within a range of 10 meters. lf you want to unlock the door remotely, Please search and purhcase a gateway in our store.
